About the internship:
1. Monitoring calls (conduct call audits to ensure adherence to company standards).
2. Assess call agents’ performance based on established metrics.
3. Provide actionable feedback to improve performance & enhance customer satisfaction.
4. Prepare detailed reports on audit findings & trends.
5. Collaborate on process improvements for better growth.
6. Ensure compliance with standards.
7. Regular check on hygiene.
Please note that for outstation candidates, we provide PG accommodation for the first 7 days and reimburse AC-3 tier train fare for relocation.
Who can apply:

- Are available for full time (in-office) internship
- Can start the internship between 27th Nov’24 and 1st Jan’25
- Are available for duration of 6 months
- Have relevant skills and interests
Other requirements:
1. Should have good verbal & written communication skills.
2. Should have proficiency in Microsoft Office.
3. Previous experience in sales or quality analysis is a plus.
