• Write and maintain thorough documentation for the protocol’s architecture and codebase.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of high-performance consensus algorithms.
• Conduct research and implement features to address cutting-edge blockchain use cases and industry trends.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong expertise in Rust programming language.
• Deep understanding of blockchain fundamentals, including consensus mechanisms, virtual machines, p2p networking, and RPC protocols.
• Proven track record of contributions to open-source blockchain projects.

Valuable Experience:

• Experience contributing to Ethereum clients or libraries (e.g., Reth, Foundry, or similar projects).
• Hands-on implementation of consensus algorithms or distributed systems.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and communicate technical details effectively.
